		<description><![CDATA[I downloaded this code, and although it runs and fires events, when I press the REmove Instance and step it through, it does not print out the message &quot;Listener.Finalize&quot; from the listener as the article suggests.  I will look at it again to see if I missed anything, but don&#039;t think I have.]]></description>
